Terms & Conditions:
This offer is available on UK purchases of Falcon range cookers, splash backs and hoods from 1 January 2004. Offer only applies to new appliances. Second hand appliances or reconditioned products are excluded. This guarantee is not transferable. The free 3 year guarantee only applies to normal domestic use. The guarantee covers any mechanical breakdown and cosmetic deterioration associated with a manufacturing defect. Proof and date of purchase will need to be established to receive a service visit. This offer is not available in the Republic of Ireland.

Exceptions:
Items that are not included under the free 3 year guarantee include griddles, wok rings, baking trays, grill pans, trivets, filters, light bulbs and other consumable accessories. Any damage caused other than through normal use. Breakdowns associated with cooking spillages. Cosmetic deterioration deemed to be normal wear and tear. Costs will be incurred if a service call is arranged and no fault is found.

Refrigerator and Freezer:
The Falcon refrigerator and freezer have a 1 year parts and labour guarantee and an additional 2 years parts guarantee subject to meeting the minimum service requirements and correct operation as outlined in product instructions.

Wine Cooler and Ice Maker:
The Falcon wine cooler & ice maker have a 1 year parts and labour guarantee and an additional 2 years parts guarantee subject to meeting the minimum service requirements and correct operation as outlined in product instructions.

Sinks and Taps:
Falcon stainless steel sinks are guaranteed for 10 years against defects due to materials or manufacture. Any tap parts that break due to material or manufacturing defects are guaranteed for two years
