Can I buy from Falcon directly?
We have a number of specialist retailers throughout the country who are all carefully selected and thoroughly trained by a member of the Falcon team or by one of our Training team.

Do Falcon products come with a guarantee?
All Falcon range cookers, splash backs and hoods are guaranteed as standard for THREE years, our refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler and ice maker come with a ONE year parts and labour guarantee and our range of stainless steel sinks and taps come with a TEN year parts and labour guarantee. Do you have any colours other than the standard options?
The Deluxe and Continental range of products are available in a wider selection of colours than our standard products. We are constantly looking at new colours for the kitchens of the future so keep coming back to the website or order a one of our brochures by calling 0870 755 6490.
